The Weekend Desk Report

Special Tim Tebow Avoidance Edition
Love him or hate him, no Bears fan really wants to see Tim Tebow rack up another 50 yards at the expense of the Blue & Orange. If the thought of watching a Broncos win is too much for you, here are our official suggestions for alternate Sunday afternoon plans.

1. Play hardball instead. It's cheap, it's easy, and you'd be surprised how many people will take up your challenge.

2. Make a big deal. Or maybe a medium-sized deal. Or any old deal.

3. Get a puppy. Or just fuck off already.

4. Thumb your nose at the competition. What? Too soon?

5. Dig in your heels. Sooner or later the world will warm up to your way of thinking.

6. Suspend your campaign. Or string it up by all eight of its toes.

7. Watch the other kind of football. Just sayin'.
